Carnival Top Hat Pedestal Mask
Traditional Mardi Gras colors accent the classic look of this unique mask, giving her an appeal that's distinctly Dixie. Her signature black hat is shiny and lined with rows of bright sequins, while feathers shoot out from underneath a glimmering, star-shaped jewel.
